SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: July 22, 2025

At Pinned Electric, official U.S. distributor of Arctic Leopard electric dirt bikes, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and transparently. Please review the shipping terms below prior to purchase.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, payment processing, and packaging before shipment.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST may be processed the next business day.


Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days from the shipment date.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on weight, product type, or fulfillment location.


Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted freight carriers and parcel services depending on your order contents (e.g., complete emotos vs. accessories).

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.


Freight Deliveries (Electric Dirtbikes)

  • Electric dirtbikes are shipped via freight and may require a delivery appointment.

  • Freight delivery is curbside only. The driver is not responsible for bringing the product indoors.

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any visible damage to the driver before signing.


Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to non-contiguous states.

  • We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, international locations, or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Delays

  • Pinned Electric is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, port congestion, or other uncontrollable events after dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, packages become the customer's responsibility.

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. We’ll assist in filing a claim if necessary.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping for complete dirtbikes may be charged separately or invoiced post-purchase based on location.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipment.

  • To change your shipping address before fulfillment, contact us immediately at sales@pinnedelectric.com.
